Liz Eastland

Liz Eastland is a multi-media artist based in Sydney, Australia. She graduated from the National Art School in 2009, dux in her year, and was awarded her PhD from the Sydney Collage of Art in 2017. An adventurer with a love of sailing and long-distance walking, she is formally trained in drawing, painting, writing and film. Her current practice is based in pastel and mixed media, plein air observational drawing, film and writing. She shares her time between her studio in Guringai Country, Sydney, and months at sea or on land.
